
Ingredients;
rice flour 2cups
ripe banana 2medium size(fat reddish type)
egg 1medium size
ground pepper 1teaspoon
onion(ground) 1tablespoon
vegetable oil 2cookingspoons
seasonnig
water 11/2cups
salt to taste
Then
Peel the banana and cut into small pieces,add water then blend.Pour the mixture into a mixing bowl;add pepper,onion,whisked eggs,seasoning and salt to taste.Stir thoroughly.Add a little oil to the base of a frying pan and heat for a few minutes.Scoop the mixture and shake to cover the base of the pot.Fry for few minutes,turn over and fry the other side.Repeat till the mixture is finished.Roll each gently and secure with cocktail sticks.Serve warm.
